Key Responsibilities

• Technical Oversight: Provide advanced troubleshooting support on complex commercial or large-scale residential projects.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians on best practices, safety, and brand standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct job-site audits to confirm adherence to specifications, safety codes, and operational workflows.
• Workflow Optimization: Coordinate with dispatch and management to streamline field schedules and material procurement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of combined HVAC field and leadership/supervisory experience.
• Certifications: Master HVAC License or Advanced Trade Certification preferred; EPA Universal required.
